Manisha Dudley, LMHC

Hi! I’m Manisha, a therapist in Georgia and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in Washington, as well as a National Board Certified Counselor (NBCC). I earned my Master’s in Counseling from Northwestern University and am a Certified Mindfulness Teacher – Professional Level (CMT-P) through UCLA’s Mindful Awareness Research Center. I also hold certifications in iRest meditation and Gottman Method Level 1.

I work with individual adults and couples navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and other concerns. My approach is personalized, drawing from mindfulness- and acceptance-based practices, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic and attachment theories, Relational Life Therapy (RLT), and the Gottman Method.

What are sessions like with you?
I aim to create a trauma-informed, multicultural, and compassionate space where all identities are affirmed. Together, we focus on building awareness, resilience, and meaningful change, helping you connect more deeply with yourself and your relationships.
